Lunch N’ Learn: City Offered Loans & Incentives

Join us for a FREE lunch as we share information about the loans and incentive programs the City of Oshkosh offers to encourage home improvements and home ownership in our community.

Various housing programs have been created to provide flexible financing to homeowners and investors located or looking to locate within the City. This year we will be adding additional funding incentives to improve housing stock within the City. One of the new incentives will give home buyers the opportunity to purchase lots through the City to build upon. These options are designed to encourage home improvements, home ownership, and investment in the City.

The City Manager, Community Development Staff and Pam Ruder from the Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods will present at this lunch.
