Pata Tim- Chef Ninoy puts together the Pata Tim, as a nod to our Chinese-style dish for the Chinese New Year! Our Pata Tim features a braised pork hock with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and pineapple chunks.
