Friends of Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc is raising money to help support Best Friends Dog Parks, in Winnebago County Community Park and build a new off leash dog park in northern Winnebago County. The Beach and Pavilion can be found in Winnebago County Community Park on the north end off of County Rd Y across from the Best Friends Dog Park. Doggie Paddle “$5.00 per dog” per session.
